URGENT! In order for a player to tryout for a HS or MS Team, players must have completed their PIAA Physical Paperwork (This includes a physical) BEFORE tryouts.
Physicals can be left in the athletic trainer’s mailbox in the main office of the high school. Middle school players can turn in to the MS office and ask to be sent to the HS Trainers office.

Click button below, if you daughter played a Fall Sport, turned in PIAA Physical Paperwork and had an injury. This Re-Certifciation Paper Must be filled out by attending physician (Cannot be signed by a nurse, signing for doctor) stating cleared to play.
